A few useful answers
Can a Malaysian Work Permit holder register?
YouTrip lists Work Permit in its MyInfo route. You still need to meet Singapore residence, ID, age and verification requirements.
Is visiting Singapore enough to register?
The Singapore account is for eligible Singapore residents with the required ID and contact details. A tourist visit alone is not the registration route.
