Overseas ATM allowances reset on a rolling monthly basis. Standard uses whichever limit comes first. After the allowance, Revolut charges 2% or S$1.49, whichever is higher. The ATM operator may also charge. Paid plans run for 12 months, with monthly or annual billing and possible early exit charges.

TRAVEL BENEFITS

Inside Revolut Ultra

S$899 per year on annual billing. Compare the perks you will actually use against the subscription cost.

Airport lounges

Ultra members get unlimited visits for themselves. Guests buy their own passes. Use the Revolut app to check the airport and terminal and display your pass. LoungeKey applies until Revolut emails you about migration to DragonPass. Both published terms limit entry to one lounge within two hours.

Fast Track & mobile data

Ultra includes personal DragonPass security Fast Track at participating terminals. Guests pay separately. Check available terminals and book a time in the app. Ultra also includes 5 GB of global eSIM data each month on supported devices.

1.5% card cashback

On eligible card purchases, the monthly cap is S$89.99 on Ultra and S$21.99 on Metal. S$1,000 of eligible spend earns S$15 on either plan. Examples of exclusions include money transfers, tax payments and certain rentals.

Travel insurance & card privileges

For qualifying trips purchased with your Revolut account, the Ultra page lists up to S$1 million in emergency medical cover, plus flight-delay benefits. Check your policy before paying. The Ultra World Elite Mastercard also lists selected hotel and purchase-protection benefits.

Using it between Singapore and Malaysia

Paying in Malaysia
Choose MYR at the terminal to let Revolut handle any conversion. If the terminal converts to SGD, the merchant sets the conversion rate.
Sending MYR
Compare the amount the recipient gets in the app. Metal and Ultra waive Revolut’s standard international bank-transfer fee within regulatory limits. Card-number transfers and intermediary-bank charges can be separate.
Hotel or rental deposit
Ask whether the merchant accepts debit cards. A pre-authorisation can temporarily reduce your available Revolut balance.

Singapore registration

Residence
Legal resident of Singapore; identity and address verification apply.
Age
18+ for the full personal service. A restricted 16–17 account is a separate route.
Information needed
Valid ID, phone, email, home address, date of birth, citizenship and a selfie. Accepted IDs are listed in-app.

The reviewed registration page does not give a pass-by-pass EP / SP / WP eligibility list. Use the accepted-document check in the Singapore app before applying.

Payment account & card controls

Revolut Singapore is a payment institution, not a bank. Customer money is segregated under its safeguarding arrangements. You can freeze cards and set spending controls in-app.

A few useful answers

Is Standard unlimited 0% FX?

No. Its exchange allowance, excess fee and weekend charge are separate. Check when conversion happens and the final quote.

Can I register using only my Malaysian address?

The Singapore product requires legal Singapore residence and the required verification. Malaysian nationality alone does not establish Singapore eligibility.
