How GX savings works
- Main account
- 2.00% p.a., credited daily. No ongoing minimum balance or lock-in.
- Savings Pockets
- Standard Savings Pockets earn the same 2.00% p.a. Bonus Pocket has separate terms and an early withdrawal forfeits the bonus interest.
- Local payments
- Scan DuitNow QR at participating merchants. GXBank lists no fee for DuitNow transfers.
GX Card fees & travel spending
- Physical card
- RM12 to issue or replace. No annual fee.
- Foreign-currency card spend
- Mastercard converts the purchase into MYR. GXBank’s 1.2% fee is waived through 31 Dec 2026, unless the bank changes the date with notice.
- Malaysia ATM
- Free at bank-operated MEPS ATMs. RM1 at white-label MEPS ATMs.
- Overseas ATM
- GXBank waives its RM8 fee through 31 Dec 2026, unless the bank changes the date with notice. ATM operators can charge separately.
