Service tax: RM25 per physical principal / supplementary card on activation and anniversary; virtual card exempt.
Retail finance rate: 15% / 17% / 18% p.a., according to repayment history.
Cash advance interest rate: 18% p.a., calculated daily from withdrawal.
Cash advance fee: 5% of withdrawal or RM15, whichever is higher.
Daily cash withdrawal limit: Up to RM3,000, subject to available credit limit.
Minimum monthly payment: Higher of RM50 or 5% of current balance + 100% service tax + all instalments and past-due minimum payments.
Late payment charge: 1% of outstanding retail and cash-advance balance; minimum RM10, maximum RM100.
Overseas conversion: Visa / Mastercard exchange rate plus 1% service fee.
Interest-free retail period: 20 days when the previous statement balance is paid in full on time; cash advances / Ready Cash have no grace period.
Replacement card: First replacement RM35; subsequent RM50. Virtual replacement waived.

Principal age: 21–65 years
Supplementary minimum age: 18 years
Documents: Identity and income evidence; salaried applicants: latest 3 months’ payslips or BE / EA form; self-employed: business registration and bank / tax records.
Selected foreign applicants: Published threshold for eligible Japanese applicants, Malaysian permanent residents and MM2H participants: RM48,000 annually; RM90,000 for Biker Infinite.
