OCBC adds a 2.25% administrative fee to the 1% Visa / Mastercard conversion fee for foreign-currency purchases: 3.25% in total. DCC and overseas SGD processing are separate.

Pay in the merchant’s local currency when comparing network conversion. Dynamic Currency Conversion (DCC) uses the merchant’s rate; 0% issuer fees do not promise the interbank rate or remove merchant mark-ups, cash-advance charges or ATM fees.
