Overseas & FX fees

Foreign-currency purchases attract up to 3.25% in conversion and administrative fees. Rewards do not cancel these charges; overseas SGD and DCC transactions follow separate rules.

Pay in the merchant’s local currency when comparing network conversion. Dynamic Currency Conversion (DCC) uses the merchant’s rate; 0% issuer fees do not promise the interbank rate or remove merchant mark-ups, cash-advance charges or ATM fees.
