Eligibility & work passes
Singapore citizens / PRs: S$80,000 gross annual income; same threshold across the stated ages.
Foreign applicants: S$80,000 gross annual income, supported by income and residence documents. EP / S Pass follow the issuer’s supporting-document route. A pass and salary meeting the figures do not guarantee approval.
DBS requires a work pass and passport with at least six months remaining validity. Its eligible work-pass list includes EP and S Pass.
Age: 21–75. Gross annual income is different from take-home pay; income earned in another currency requires bank confirmation.
The shared product page gives ordinary Woman’s Card criteria. The World variant’s published S$80,000 requirement must be confirmed with DBS; do not substitute the S$30,000 ordinary-card threshold.
Application documents ↗Overseas & FX fees
Standard foreign-currency transaction fees apply. DBS lists total administrative / conversion fees of up to 3.25%; UOB fees depend on card network and the current tariff. Overseas cashback or miles do not automatically remove these charges.
Pay in the merchant’s local currency when comparing network conversion. Dynamic Currency Conversion (DCC) uses the merchant’s rate; 0% issuer fees do not promise the interbank rate or remove merchant mark-ups, cash-advance charges or ATM fees.
