Benefits & important limits

  • Earn 10 ThankYou Points per S$1 on eligible online shopping and selected department-store, clothing, shoe and bag purchases. Other eligible spending earns 1 point per S$1.
  • The 9X bonus component is capped at 9,000 points per statement month: equivalent to the first S$1,000 of 10X spending. Base points are uncapped; transaction amounts round down to whole dollars.
  • Online travel-related transactions and mobile-wallet transactions do not qualify for the online 10X bonus. Insurance, government payments, education, wallet top-ups and other listed exclusions also apply.
  • ThankYou Points have a defined validity period; they are not the non-expiring Citi Miles earned by PremierMiles. Airline transfers use the partner’s conversion ratio and transfer fee.

Overseas & FX fees

Citi foreign-currency Visa / Mastercard purchases incur an administrative fee of up to 3.25%, on the network-converted SGD amount. Cashback and miles do not waive this fee.

Pay in the merchant’s local currency when comparing network conversion. Dynamic Currency Conversion (DCC) uses the merchant’s rate; 0% issuer fees do not promise the interbank rate or remove merchant mark-ups, cash-advance charges or ATM fees.
