Overseas & FX fees

Standard Chartered foreign-currency purchases have a 3.5% foreign-currency transaction fee. Expired fee-waiver campaigns and the multi-currency deposit-account feature do not make this credit card a permanent 0% FX card.

Pay in the merchant’s local currency when comparing network conversion. Dynamic Currency Conversion (DCC) uses the merchant’s rate; 0% issuer fees do not promise the interbank rate or remove merchant mark-ups, cash-advance charges or ATM fees.
